Yes, soon you won’t be coming to www.thebloominghydrangea.com anymore but instead will be heading to my new site which is in the works as we speak. Three years ago when I was changing my blog name for the first time, I almost went with Inspiring Hearts & Homes, but I didn’t and I can’t even remember why now. Unfortunately, I’ve regretted it ever since but soon all will be well as I make the change over to Inspiring Hearts & Homes!
Then I transferred my blog to WordPress and all the function and design went out the window as I had no idea what I was doing and no one to really guide me. So I fumbled along the best I could but truth be told, I can’t even stand coming to my blog right now it’s such a hot mess. Thanks to a new blog name and who is a blog fixer upper rockstar, she will be making this blog a more user friendly site for all of us, I can’t wait!
Along with a new site, I have a ton of great things I’m going to be blogging about including the results of our No Spend February, a few new to the blog rooms in my house and also, an early review of a not yet released book by Jill Savage & Kathy Koch called No More Perfect Kids! I hope you’ll stick around through the transition, I promise in a few weeks things are going to be functioning and looking a whole lot better around here!
As things change around here, I’d love to hear what you think about the new name and also, your favorite things about my blog. A series I’ve done, room reveals, simple projects around the house on the cheap, our marriage series, life happenings, recipes or maybe all my painting projects? Talk to me, I want to make this blog the best it can be, for both you and me!!!
Fabulous! Good for you and glad to see you’re back in the game, Ange! Can’t wait to see what’s to come for you
Loved the kitchen reveal, gray cabinets ate my fave. Hope the changes go smoothly.
I love the new name. I also love to see all your painting projects and ideas.
glad you’re back and I love the new name!
I love both names! I’m sure your new name will work wonderfully for you, for really-the content makes the name and you have that in spades. I’ll tell you that it was more challenging than I expected to change out my names everywhere. Just make a checklist for yourself of every site you’re on and methodically go through it. But then, you probably already knew all that!
